Black List

I want to say few things about bad swappers or buyers in this section. I have to say that I dealt with many card collectors from overseas (US, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong and Japan) and unfortunatelly I met few bad people who stolen my money/cards or just screwed me. Also I want warn you about bad buyers who promise to buy something and never pay for it. Please look the list of people who are strongly NOT recommended to deal with.

I bought a huge card lot of Morinaga Choco cards from her in December 2007. She described her cards as Near-to-Mint and MINT. After I received the package I noticed that 50% of the cards were very scratched and more than 25% were with very heavy marks, creases and dents. How can she consider terribly damaged cards as Near-to-Mint? So I asked her for a partial refund but she refused. She said that everyone has own standards and she cannot accept any return. What of waste of money. I will never do any business with her again. Please be aware of this extremly unprofessional and rude collector/seller.

Update

Amanda is a horrible liar! I have just noticed that she added a blacklist on her personal site to make a revenge. Her story is so untrue!

Peter decided to bid on an auction that I had on E-bay in December 2007. Although all my auctions state that all questions should be asked prior to bidding, Peter decided that he would wait until the auction ended to ask a question. He requested that he be allowed a few extra weeks to pay for an auction, citing that it was "Christmastime" and that the auction price ended higher than he wanted to pay for the cards. When I graciously decided to give him a few days leeway, Peter then asked me if I would be willing to sell more cards to him. When I gave him the price of these cards, Peter told me that he was not willing to pay the price that I requested, and instead gave me the price he wanted to pay. Not wanting to deal with this headache, I informed Peter that I would only sell him the item that he won at auction.

I explained her that I was abroad and I do not have internet connection. I never asked her for a few extra weeks. I have only asked her for one extra week to pay the invoice. Actually I sent my payment on the 4th day after winning her cards. Why did not she mention about that?

Also I asked her for Marusho Heart prism cards but her price was far too much that I was willing to pay so I just told her nicely that I cannot afford but I NEVER told her to sell me at my price! I only mentioned what other collectors ask for those cards.

Here is the message I sent to her:

Dear Amanda,

I need only Heart Ribbon #134 of your extra. However the price is too high for the heart prism card. I bought tons of those prisms (Rare Romance, Saien, Jelenity ect) and I always paid $3-$4 for normal prism and slightly more for the promo prism. Many thanks for your time. By the way, I purchased about 20 pull packs of S season on ebay for $9.90-$16 few weeks ago. ^_^

Below text was taken from her website:

Being a smart little bunny(and knowing a shady buyer when I see 'em), I decided to take some high quality photos of many of the cards prior to sending them off to Peter. Of coure it was of no surprise when Peter decided to file a claim with Paypal to get his money back. Peter cited that the cards were not mint because, with magnifying glass in hand, he noticed that there were small, invisible to the naked eye, scratches on less than 30% of the cards in the 500+ card lot. Paypal, being the awesome business that they are, knew Peter was up to no good, and rightly decided in this bunny's favor.

She would do exactly the same thing with paypal if she was me. I lost $700 for the cards that I cannot keep in my personal card collection. She refused to take her cards back as well. I never said that damages are invisible to the naked eye! That is a lie. You could see all scratches, creases or dents without magnifying glass. In fact, that was not the first time when she sold damaged cards. One of my friends, Gloria Wong (New York / US), purchased Nissui seal cards from Amanda and most of them were very damaged. Paypal did close the claim on her favor because I did not want to go Police to get a crime report as they advised me to do.

I really hate when buyers refuse to pay for a secure shipping method. If something happens with the package they always blame the seller. That is so unfair.

Bernd is a very aggressive and rude person. Why does he always use upper case letters and millions of exclamation marks? He made me so much trouble... His English must be very poor as he did not understand what I was telling him.
I sent the paypal invoice with a quote for registered air mail. He did not want to pay so I amended and re-sent it to him. I clearly stated that I will not be responsible for damaged or lost package. Finally, he agreed and paid for all cards. Five or six days after shipping he asked why he has not received cards yet. I told him that I cannot control the Post Office in Germany and I cannot fill any claim at my Post Office either as he chose shipping with no register or tracking number. He was so furious. He was sending me ton of threats through ebay and personal email everyday. I offered him a replacement cards and asked if he can send me money to upgrade the shipping but he refused again. I did not want to stress myself out more so I decided to pay for everything to end that nightmare. He left me very negative feedbacks after he received the 2nd package. Also, he reversed the payment through paypal...
